We aim to dispatch all orders in 1 – 2 business days of the order being placed. We will then send your order via Hermes 2-4 business day tracked service.
You will notified via Hermes of the day which your parcel shall be delivered, they will also advise you of a time frame in which to expect your parcel. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order in particularly busy periods.
When an order has been dispatched we will only be able to refund you for your order on return of your order.
Please ensure your order is returned to us within 7 working days of receiving your order. Once we have received your order we shall process a refund within 3- 5 business days.
We will require 3 photos of any damage or missing items in your order, and ask that you please contact us as quickly as possible via email@example.com
in order for us to submit the claim to the courier service used when delivering your order.
